Each chapter title listed in the table of contents will be a hyperlink that the reader can click on to take them directly to the chapter they want to read. Because you are formatting your book for Kindle, your Table of Contents does not need to have page numbers. Your eBook should contain a table of contents because this helps the reader to navigate to the page of the chapter they want to read.
